NordicDry is not only safe but also recycleable. Waste Nordic Dry bags can be reprocessed and turned into a variety of other products. The Calcium Chloride may be washed out and can be used as a path cleaner, and the Coco Peat may be washed out of the mix for use in oil and chemical absorption, as a horticultural peat or for animal bedding.
Alternatively the waste contents from Nordic Dry bags can simply be disposed of in a waste water stream, whereby the CaCl2 dissolves and the 100% Coco Peat biodegrades. All plastic parts can be completely recycled.
Health and safety
NordicDry has been tested by an independent laboratory to assure it’s performance and it’s safety by the most rigorous standard as per US FDA and EU standards.
NordicDry is 100% free free from hazardous materials such as Cobalt Dichloride, Formaldehyde sometime found in desiccants products. NordicDry complies with REACH regulation (EC) on Dimethyl Fumarate (DMF).
